Syrdall Schwemm – Bistro
The existing restaurant of the Syrdall Schwemm was just an open space, in direct contact with the people flow in the entrance area.
We redesigned the space to create a more private and cozy restaurant area, separated from the entrance area and the traffic from the pool exit. With internal plant divider walls we created flexible zones to host different events such as children birthday parties or lunch meetings.
